Janet Burchfield, Realtor, Front Street Realty and Catherine Martyn, Loan Officer, Peoples Bank, instructors trained by the WSHFC are offering a Home Buyer's Class on Sunday, May 17th, from 11am to 4 pm.
It will be located at 12B Front Street, courtesy of our friends Chris & Rita at Mosquito Fleet Galley. We will provide you with a box lunch, coffee and other beverages, a Buyer's Ed workbook (thanks to MGIC), a very informative workshop and the chance to ask all your questions.
Preregistration is a must, so that WSHFC can give certificates, and also because the class size will be limited to 12 for this training.
